The training team are proud to launch our Community Forums, where senior officers and officials within the society will, periodically, host virtual forums with our community clubs.

The forums are designed to bring the clubs and the society closer, opening new communication pathways to help increase the quality of match officiating in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.

All clubs are invited to attend the forums and share their experiences and opinions and to help the society training team shape how we train and develop our members. Express your interest here so we can plan numbers and so that we know how to contact you. Documents, Agendas and Minutes from previous meetings will be posted into this Google Drive.

Coupled with the forums is the revised Match Official Feedback Form, available to all coaches and captains to share their thoughts on how our members are performing. All feedback received will be used by the training team to help increase the quality of match officiating in the NLD. Feedback is anonymised before sharing with the match official and all match officials will be supported to best use the feedback for their development.
