YMOs in the NLDRURS

YMOs cover any referees up to the age of 24, and the society aims to ensure they receive the right level of support, just like any other referee, to achieve their refereeing ambitions.

Many of our YMOs come fresh from the England Rugby Refereeing Award (ERRA), and some join us for their time at university. Whether they are part of the society for 3 months or 3 years we welcome any YMO with any level of experience that has completed their ERRA Day 1 qualification.
